With 330 community locations, CMHA is a nationwide organization that promotes mental health and supports for people recovering from mental illness.
HealthLine 811 is a confidential, 24-hour health and mental health and addictions advice, education and support telephone line available to the people of Saskatchewan. It is staffed by experienced and specially trained registered nurses, registered psychiatric nurses and registered social workers.
Farm Stress Line provides crisis counselling to rural Saskatchewan 24 hours, 7 days a week.
The Hope for Wellness Helpline is available to all Indigenous people across Canada. Experienced and culturally competent counsellors are reachable by telephone and online ‘chat’ 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Telephone support is also available upon request in Cree, Ojibway (Anishinaabemowin) and Inuktitut.

A peer support phone service run by trans people for trans and questioning peers. Call if you need someone trans to talk to, even if you’re not in a crisis or if you’re not sure you’re trans.
